- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- 1 slice American Cheese

- 2 slices Honey Ham
Instructions
- Toast the Bagel: Begin by toasting the everything bagel to your desired level of crispness and warmth.
- Heat Butter in Skillet: While the bagel is toasting, melt ½ tablespoon of salted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the Eggs: Crack the 2 large eggs into the skillet and sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt. Let the edges set and the whites begin to turn opaque before carefully flipping the eggs. Reduce the heat to medium or medium-low to gently cook the other side.
- Add Cheese to Eggs: Place one slice each of cheddar and American cheese on top of the eggs, stacking the cheeses so they’ll melt together nicely.
- Warm the Ham: On the other side of the skillet, add the honey ham slices to warm them through and lightly brown.
