Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or nonstick baking pan and melt in the oven for about 4 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: Score the potatoes about 1/4-inch-deep in a diamond pattern. Set aside.
  3. Make Parmesan Paste: Remove the pan from the oven, cool slightly, then stir Parmesan cheese, garlic, herb seasoning, and salt into the melted butter to form a paste.
  4. Coat Potatoes: Spread about 1 teaspoon of the Parmesan paste on the cut side of each potato and place them cut-side down in the pan.
