For the Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grapes: Rinse grapes and soak in water with baking soda and sea salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Shred cooked chicken.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Chop celery, red onion, grapes, and parsley.
