Bacon Grease:
- 1/3 cup bacon grease
Butter:
- 1/2 cup butter
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper:

Green Onions:
- 1/2 cup chopped
Cream Cheese:
- 4 ounces, chopped into chunks
Eggs:
- 15 large eggs
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder:

Butter (for eggs):
- 1/4 cup
Flour Tortillas:
- 15 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
For Serving:
- Chipotle Mayo, avocado, salsa, cilantro
Instructions
- Bake the Bacon: Cook bacon in the oven until crisp, then chop into pieces.
- Brown the Sausage: Cook breakfast sausage until browned.
- Shred the Cheese: Shred cheddar cheese.
- Cook the Hash Browns: Cook hash browns until crispy.
- Make the Eggs: Cook eggs with cream cheese until barely set.
- Assemble the Burritos: Fill tortillas with ingredients, fold, and garnish.
