- 1–2 fried or poached eggs

Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese and cranberry spread: Mix the cream cheese and cranberry sauce together in a bowl until fully combined. Spread this mixture evenly on the toasted halves of the bagel.
- Heat the leftovers: Warm up the leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes, and turkey in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through.
- Assemble the sandwich: On the bottom half of the bagel, start by layering the mashed potatoes. Next, add the stuffing and then the slices of turkey. Place the fried or poached egg(s) on top of the turkey layer.
