  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 12 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce of choice

Optional Toppings:

  • sesame seed buns
  • fresh sliced tomatoes
  • spicy pickles
  • red onion slices
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, hot sauce, minced garlic, oil, and seasonings. Mix well. Form into burger patties.

  4. Grill: Preheat to medium-high and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
