- 1 small yellow onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (sriracha recommended)

Instructions
- Heat the Oil: In a skillet over high heat, warm the canola oil. Reduce heat to medium and add the diced potatoes. Cook until golden and slightly tender, about 6 minutes.
- Cook Beef and Veggies: Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Break apart the meat as it cooks.
- Season and Finish: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Cook until all ingredients are tender and beef is fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Final Touches: Mix in green onions and adjust seasoning. Serve hot, topped with Greek yogurt, cheese, over rice, or with extra hot sauce.
