For the Tacos:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 4 flour tortillas (Fajita size)
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt or Taco Seasoning
- 4 slices American cheese
For Toppings:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- Toasted sesame seeds
For 321 Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Divide and Press: Divide the ground beef into 4 portions. Press each portion onto a tortilla, spreading to the edges. Season with seasoning.
- Prepare Toppings: Shred half of the lettuce, dice onion and pickles, and place them in separate bowls.
- Make 321 Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Set aside.
- Cook the Tacos: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the tortillas meat side down for 4 minutes. Check for doneness, then flip, add cheese, cover, and let sit for 1 minute.
- Assemble: Top the cooked tortillas with lettuce, onion, pickles, sauce, and sesame seeds. Fold and enjoy taco-style!
