Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb mild Italian sausage
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup frozen or canned corn
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Dried basil, to taste
  • 1 lb ditalini pasta (or other small pasta)

Instructions

  1. Brown Sausage: Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the browned sausage, halved cherry tomatoes, corn, green beans, tomato soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, and basil to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

  5. Serve: Ladle into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier soup, use hot Italian sausage.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables, such as diced zucchini or bell peppers.
  • If you don’t have ditalini pasta, you can substitute with other small pasta shapes like orzo or macaroni.
  • Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese or fresh basil before serving.
