- 1 lb mild Italian sausage
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup frozen or canned corn
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
- 32 oz beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Dried basil, to taste
- 1 lb ditalini pasta (or other small pasta)
Instructions
- Brown Sausage: Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the browned sausage, halved cherry tomatoes, corn, green beans, tomato soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, and basil to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
- Cook Pasta: About 30 minutes before serving, cook the ditalini pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
