Pumpkin Pie Martini
- 2 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. aged rum
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus additional for garnish
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Chill Glasses: Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer to chill while preparing the cocktail.
- Prepare Frozen Whipped Cream: Line a small sheet tray with parchment or waxed paper. Make 2 dollops of whipped topping or whipped cream and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze solid.

- Serve: Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glasses. Top each glass with one piece of the frozen whipped cream. Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top as garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute the whipped topping with heavy cream if preferred.
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best flavor, or canned pumpkin as a convenient alternative.
- Adjust the amount of maple syrup for sweetness to your preference.
- To achieve a creamier drink, use full-fat half-and-half or substitute with cream.
- Ensure glasses stay chilled for a refreshingly cold martini experience.
