  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 60-65 pepperoni slices
  • optional: 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • optional: extra mozzarella cheese and fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pizza Dough: Make the pizza dough according to recipe instructions.
  2. Roll Out Dough: Divide dough in half and roll each half into a 10×12 inch rectangle.
  3. Fill Dough: Brush dough with olive oil, then add sauce, seasonings, cheese, and pepperoni.
  4. Roll Dough: Roll up the dough tightly and chill in the refrigerator.
