Peach Sorbet:
- 800 g peeled and sliced ripe yellow peaches – fresh or frozen
- 200 g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
Instructions
- Slice and Peel Peaches: Slice the peaches into 8 sections and peel each slice.
- Blend Ingredients: Place peach slices in a food processor with sugar and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add Lemon Juice: Once smooth, add lemon juice to taste.
