Description

Cottage Cheese Filling:

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g grated Parmigiano
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Onion Topping:

  • 40 g pearl onions (3-4 onions)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Press the pie crust into a tart pan, prick the bottom and sides with a fork, and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: Whisk together egg, cottage cheese, Parmigiano, and salt. Spread this mixture over the partially baked crust.
