For the Tea:
- 7 cups water, divided
- 6 black tea bags
For the Raspberry Liquid:
- 3 cups fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the Tea: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add tea bags, steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags.
- Prepare Raspberry Liquid: In another saucepan, cook raspberries with 3 cups of water, simmer, and strain.
- Mix Tea and Raspberry Liquid: Combine cooled tea, raspberry liquid, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour tea, and garnish with lemon slices and raspberries.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding a sweetener of your choice if desired.
