Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Transfer the mixture to a 7-9 inch springform pan and press it firmly into the bottom using a measuring cup to pack it down. Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together with a hand-held mixer until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl (or in a stand mixer), whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared graham cracker crust in the springform pan. Spread the filling evenly and smooth out the top using a spatula.
- Add Nutella Swirl: Scoop the Nutella in small dollops over the cheesecake. Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the Nutella across the top of the cheesecake, creating a marbled effect.
