Description

  • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, cook onion and garlic until softened. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine: Add spaghetti and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the top. Cover and let melt.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
