  • 16 oz box of linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles

For the Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2/3 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Optional Topping:

  • Chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Start Water Boil: Begin by bringing water to a boil and cooking the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Brown Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and return the beef to the skillet.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine.
