For the Noodles:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz box of linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles
For the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

- Chopped green onion
Instructions
- Start Water Boil: Begin by bringing water to a boil and cooking the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Brown Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and return the beef to the skillet.
- Prepare Sauce: Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine.
