Mousse Layer
- 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
- Make the Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate and butter, then mix in oil, cocoa, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, and flour. Pour over crust.
- Add Cookie Topping: Crush Oreos and mix with sugar, cocoa, salt, and melted butter. Sprinkle over brownie layer.
- Prepare the Mousse Layer: Melt milk chocolate and let cool. Whip cream with cocoa, sugar, and salt, then fold in chocolate. Spread over cookie topping.
- Top with Chocolate Whipped Cream: Whip cream with sugar and cocoa until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread over the mousse layer.
