Mousse Layer

  • 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  2. Make the Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate and butter, then mix in oil, cocoa, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, and flour. Pour over crust.
  3. Add Cookie Topping: Crush Oreos and mix with sugar, cocoa, salt, and melted butter. Sprinkle over brownie layer.
  4. Prepare the Mousse Layer: Melt milk chocolate and let cool. Whip cream with cocoa, sugar, and salt, then fold in chocolate. Spread over cookie topping.
