Cauliflower:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
Maple Sriracha Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (or other chili sauce)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Prep the Cauliflower: Toss the cauliflower in the mixture of oil, maple syrup, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Roast the Cauliflower: Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until lightly golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
