Mango Dragonfruit Base:
- 1/2 cup dragon fruit syrup
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 3/4 teaspoon citric acid
- 1/2 teaspoon green coffee extract powder
Dragon Fruit Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chopped dragon fruit OR 2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder
Lemonade:
- 1/2 cup Mango Dragonfruit Base
- 1/2 cup lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried dragon fruit pieces
Instructions
- Prepare Dragon Fruit Syrup: In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and dragon fruit. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Strain and cool.
- Make Mango Dragonfruit Base: Blend dragon fruit syrup, water, mango nectar, citric acid, and green coffee extract powder.
- Assemble Lemonade: In an ice-filled shaker, combine Mango Dragonfruit Base, lemonade, and freeze-dried dragon fruit. Shake well.
- Pour the mixture into a glass, including the ice. Top with more dragon fruit pieces and garnish with a lemon slice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less of the base.
