Corn:
- 3–4 ears corn, cut in thirds
Chicken Stock:
- 1 cup chicken stock
Medium Shrimp:
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Unsalted Butter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Garlic:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or 1–2 tablespoons prepared minced garlic
Lemon:
- 1 lemon, cut into slices
Instructions
- Prepare Stock: In the Instant Pot, combine chicken stock, 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce. Stir to mix.
- Add Ingredients: Add potatoes, sausage, onion, and corn, layering corn on top.
- Cook: Pressure cook on manual high for 5 minutes, then quick release.
- Cook Shrimp: Saute shrimp in the Instant Pot until opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
- Make Butter Sauce: Melt butter, mix in garlic and 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
- Final Touch: Transfer cooked ingredients to a dish, pour butter mixture over shrimp, garnish with lemon, and serve.
