For the Strawberry Mix:

- 1/4 cup cold water
- Ice
- 1/2 to 1 cup almond milk
- Maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Mix: Combine chopped strawberries and sugar in a bowl, lightly mashing them together. Set aside.
- Make the Matcha Mixture: Sift matcha powder into a bowl, add water, and whisk briskly until fully dispersed and foamy.
- Assemble the Drink: Place the strawberry mix in a glass, add ice, pour almond milk, and top with the matcha mixture.
- Final Touch: Stir well and sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired. Enjoy!
