Egg Wash:

  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon water, room temperature

Cheese Sticks:

  • 12 (1 ounce) mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Garnish:

  • 1/41/2 cup bottled ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cheeto Crumbs: Crush Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in a food processor until fine. Transfer to a dish.
  2. Prepare Coatings: Set up dishes for flour mixture and egg wash.
  3. Coat Cheese Sticks: Dredge cheese sticks in egg wash, flour, and Cheeto crumbs.
  4. Freeze: Freeze coated cheese sticks for 50 minutes.
