Main Sauce:
- 1/3 cup (133 g) honey
- 1/3 cup (85 g) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 ring (13 ounces) kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

- parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Main Sauce: Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Whisk together.
- Marinate Shrimp: Place shrimp in a zip-top bag, add ⅓ of the sauce, seal, and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
- Cook Broccoli: In a skillet, cook broccoli in olive oil until tender. Set aside.
- Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in the same skillet with remaining olive oil.
- Cook Shrimp: Add marinated shrimp to the skillet with sausage, cook until done.
- Simmer Sauce: Pour reserved sauce in the skillet, simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine and Serve: Add broccoli back to the skillet, toss everything together. Serve over rice, garnish with parsley.
