- Stuffed olive slices
- Black olive pieces
- Small red pepper pieces
- Capers

Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped white onion, jalapeño, cilantro, kosher salt, and black pepper. Using the back of a fork, lightly smash these ingredients together to release their flavors and create a flavorful base.
- Mash the Avocados: Add the peeled and pitted avocado halves along with 2 to 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice to the bowl. Mash everything together until well combined but still slightly chunky, preserving some texture.
- Assemble the Guacamoldy Witch Face: Transfer the guacamole mixture onto a serving plate. Using the blue corn tortilla chips, place them on top of the guacamole to form the witch’s hat. Arrange spiralized carrots on the sides to mimic hair. Use a cornichon for the nose, radish and stuffed olive slices for the eyes, and black olive pieces above the eyes to create eyebrows. Form the lips using small red pepper pieces, and decorate with capers and chives to represent hairy warts, completing the spooky and charming look.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm avocados for the best texture.
- Adjust the amount of jalapeño to control the spice level.
- Fresh lime juice not only adds flavor but also prevents the avocado from browning quickly.
- This recipe is perfect for Halloween or themed parties due to its creative presentation.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap touching the surface to avoid oxidation and browning.
