  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp herbs of your choice

Instructions

  1. Feed your starter: At least 8-12 hours before mixing the dough.
  2. Mix the dough: Combine all ingredients in a bowl or stand mixer.
  3. Knead the dough: On low-medium speed for about ten minutes.
  4. Rise the dough: Cover and let it rise until almost doubled in size.
  5. Shape the breadsticks: Divide and roll the dough into sticks.
  6. Let rise: Cover and let them rise for 1-2 hours.
  7. Bake: At 400°F for 20 minutes.
