Description

These corn ribs are a fun and delicious twist on traditional corn on the cob. Perfect for BBQs or as a unique side dish, these corn ribs are coated in a flavorful seasoning, grilled to perfection, and finished with a garlic butter drizzle.


Ingredients

Corn Ribs:

  • 4 whole corn cobs
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Seasoning:

  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or ordinary)
  • 2 tsp cooking/kosher salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Garlic Butter:

  • 50g/ 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced

Instructions

  1. Corn cutting (Note 1 tips!): Cut corn into quarters.
  2. Cooking: Heat BBQ or oven. Prepare garlic butter.
  3. Seasoning: Mix in a bowl. Coat corn with olive oil and seasoning.
  4. BBQ: Grill corn until charred. Finish with garlic butter.
  5. Oven: Bake corn until tender. Finish with garlic butter.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cutting corn into shorter ribs makes it easier to handle.
  • Optional: Serve with pink sauce for extra flavor.
