- Orange Icing Color, 1 oz.
- Red Sparkle Gel, 3.5 oz.
- Candy Eyeballs, 0.88 oz.
- Creamy White Decorator Icing, 4 lb. Tub
Instructions
- Bake Cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 350°F (or the temperature specified in your cupcake recipe). Prepare the batter using your favorite cupcake mix or recipe. Place a mix of orange and green cupcake liners into the muffin pan. Pour the batter evenly into the liners and bake according to your recipe instructions. Once baked, allow cupcakes to cool completely to room temperature before decorating.
- Tint Icing: In separate bowls, divide the creamy white decorator icing. Tint 2 cups with leaf green and lemon yellow combined to create the green icing, 2 cups with orange icing color, 1/2 cup with black icing color, and reserve 1 cup of the original white icing for decorating.
- Decorate White Mummy Cupcakes: Using a spatula, cover the top quarter of the cupcake with black icing. With a piping bag fitted with tip 47, pipe white icing stripes over the black area to resemble mummy wrappings. Add red sparkle gel in small drops to simulate blood spots. Finally, place candy eyeballs onto the cupcake to complete the mummy look.
- Decorate Orange Pumpkin Cupcakes: Using a piping bag fitted with tip 1M, pipe orange icing swirls over the top of the cupcake to create a pumpkin appearance. Then, use green icing with a tip 352 to pipe a small leaf and stem on top. Finish by positioning candy eyeballs to give it a spooky character.
- Decorate Green Monster Cupcakes: Use green icing with a piping bag fitted with tip 2A to pipe swirls across the top of the cupcake, creating a textured monster look. Place candy eyeballs atop the swirls to give the monster a fun and scary face.
