For the Chicken Wings:

  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (if using no-salt lemon pepper)
  • 4 pounds party chicken wings (36 to 44 separated pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Arrange 2 racks in the oven and preheat to 425℉. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and place a wire rack on each. Coat with cooking spray.
