For the Chicken Wings:

- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (if using no-salt lemon pepper)
- 4 pounds party chicken wings (36 to 44 separated pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Arrange 2 racks in the oven and preheat to 425℉. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and place a wire rack on each. Coat with cooking spray.
