- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Cheese:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella, Monterey jack, Colby jack, or cheddar

Instructions
- Pre-heat Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook Sausage: In a skillet, cook the ground breakfast sausage until fully cooked. Set aside.
- Mix Eggs: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Casserole: Grease a 9’x13′ casserole dish. Roll out the crescent roll dough and place it at the bottom of the dish. Layer with cooked sausage, then pour the egg mixture over the sausage. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake: Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
