- 2 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add the angel-hair pasta and cook until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly. - Coat the Shrimp
In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch, paprika, chili powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp to a large sealable bag or bowl, sprinkle the spice mixture over the shrimp, and shake or toss to coat evenly. - Prepare the Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil, lime juice, sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes. Once combined, pour the sauce over the cooked angel-hair pasta. Toss the pasta well to evenly coat it in the sauce. Set aside. - Cook the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Once heated, add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked. - Assemble and Serve
Serve the cooked shrimp over the sauced angel-hair pasta. Garnish with sliced green onions for freshness and a pop of color. Serve immediately.
