Crescent Dough
- 1 (8-oz.) tube crescent dough

- 1 (8-oz.) wheel of brie
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into 1″ pieces
Instructions
- Prepare the muffin tin and dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini 24-cup muffin tin thoroughly with cooking spray to prevent sticking. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and pinch together all the seams so it forms one uniform sheet. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares. Line each muffin cup with a dough square, gently pressing it to fit.
- Assemble the bites: Cut the brie into small bite-sized pieces and place one piece inside each dough-lined muffin cup. Top each with about a spoonful of whole berry cranberry sauce. Sprinkle chopped roasted unsalted pecans over the cranberry sauce, and finish by placing one small piece of fresh rosemary on top of each bite for an aromatic garnish.
- Bake until golden: Place the muffin tin into the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown, and the brie has melted. Remove from oven and allow the bites to cool slightly before serving.
