  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

For Wonton Chips:

  • 12 oz wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare Wonton Chips: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange wonton triangles on parchment-lined baking sheets. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Make Dip: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake Dip: Scoop the mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Remove from oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with wonton chips.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or use a spicy sweet chili sauce.
  • You can substitute real crab meat for imitation crab if desired.
  • Make the wonton chips ahead of time and store in an airtight container.
