- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz imitation crab meat
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
For Wonton Chips:
- 12 oz wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Prepare Wonton Chips: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange wonton triangles on parchment-lined baking sheets. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Make Dip: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake Dip: Scoop the mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with wonton chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or use a spicy sweet chili sauce.
- You can substitute real crab meat for imitation crab if desired.
- Make the wonton chips ahead of time and store in an airtight container.
