- 10.5 ounce can cream of celery soup
- 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 6 ounce box chicken stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray an 11×7 casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cube Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and scatter them throughout the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix Sauce Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth. Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables.
- Spread Sauce: Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring the chicken is evenly covered.
- Add Stuffing: Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken and sauce.
- Pour Chicken Broth: Drizzle the chicken broth over the stuffing, trying to moisten as much of the stuffing as possible.
- Bake: Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
