Instructions
- Mix Base Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, and fresh lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Add Vegetables and Herbs: Fold in the finely chopped cucumber, garlic, and chopped fresh dill. Gently mix to distribute the flavors evenly.
- Season: Season the mixture with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Adjust to taste.
- Chill and Serve: For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve with pita bread and vegetables, if desired.
