  • 2 Large Eggs

Batter:

  • 1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Large Eggs

Air Fryer Cooking Method:

  • Olive Oil Spray

Pan-Fried Cooking Method:

  • Canola Oil

Sauces:

  • Homemade Alfredo Sauce
  • Jar of Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Noodle Prep: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, rinse, and trim edges. Mix egg, cheeses, and seasoning. Spread mixture on noodles, roll, and freeze.
  2. Batter: Scramble egg, blend oil and bread crumbs, add Parmesan. Dip rolled lasagna in egg, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Air Fryer Cooking Method: Spray basket, place frittas, spray tops, cook at 400°F for 8 mins, flip, cook for 6-8 more mins. Serve with sauces.

Notes
